Tanfon A-SLS-12W solar light system:


Introduction:
It integrates a high lumen LED lamp, LiFePO4 lithium battery, high efficiency sun power microcrystal solar panel, and a smart controller with PIR motion sensor. Generally, it outputs light in energy-saving mode; when the PIR motion sensor detects a moving object, it will automatically light at full brightness for a certain time, then turn back to energy-saving mode. As there is no cable needed (no need to connect to municipal electronic power), it is simply installed and there is nearly no need for maintenance. Last but not least, it is 100% clean, green, renewable light, and can be used in for street, garden, country yard, parking lot, seaside resort and exterior area lighting wherever there is sufficient sunlight.

1. All-in-one design: All in one box design, solar panel/ LED lamp/ controller/ Fe battery all install in one box. IP65/IP66 design.

2. LED chip: from USA Bridgelux or Taiwan Epistar. Many clients choose USA LED chip. Lamp efficiency have >100LM/watt. Epistar is >90LM/watt conversion rate more than 95%

3. Battery: all one design streets light built in Fe battery (phosphoric acid iron battery). This is the best lithium battery. Standard voltage 12.8V and high efficiency/longest lived / high temperature resistance / low temperature resistance -20 to 60 degrees
Also have Ternary lithium battery. But this battery is not very good, the price is low. But when you have use maybe one year, will have problem. This battery standard voltage is 11.1V

We supply honest raw materials detail. Normally we suggest use Fe battery. If the client requires Ternary lithium battery, we will use and tell client

1) full power light, in the dark auto switch on light. In the daybreak auto switch off light

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2.How long does the solar power can be stored?

A2:Solar power of the integrated solar street light can be stored for 6 months after the batteries are full charged. Please examine, and charge periodically after long time transportation to prevent damage.

Q3: How many cycles full charge&discharge about your battery?

A3: In 50% discharging deepness, it can be cycled for 1,200 times; in floating charging and discharging status, it can be cycled for 5000~6000 times.

Q4. What is the advantage of the battery?

A4: Our integrated solar street light adopts long life lithium battery for storing energy, charging temperature at day time is between: 0ºC-60ºC,when temperature goes lower than 0ºC,the control system will stop automatically to protect the batteries, and it will revive to charge the batteries while temperature goes higher than 0ºC.Discharging temperature at night is between:-20ºC-60ºC, any ambient beyond it will bring damage to the batteries.

Q5. How to control the luminance of the solar street light?

A5:Our solar street light adopts Microwave sensor control & brightness sub-regulation. Here we especially introduce the brightness sub-regulation. Use a computer system to set the brightness according to the time change. For example, from 6:00p.m. to 12:00p.m., 100% brightness; from 0:00a.m. to 06:00a.m., 20% or 30% brightness. In that way, this new product can instead common LED street light.

A6: We suggest the solar street light of 20W, 30W, 40W for 3-5m, the solar street light of 50W, 60W, 80W for 6-8m.

A7: For the distance, we suggest the solar street light of 20W, 30W, 40W for 10-15m, the solar street light of 50W, 60W, 80W for 20-25m.

Q8. The controller of your solar street light has dual time control function?

A8: our solar charge controller is designed with dual time control function, you can set up the lighting time and divide it into two parts, like 12 hours (6 hours full power lighting + 6 hours half power lighting)
